AVT Strategy Meetings
The AVT process begins with a phone meeting that allows us to get an idea of scope and needs to determine if we agree AVT is a good fit for the project. If the answer is yes, we then schedule an on-site strategy session where we interview the stakeholders to not only educate them on what is available in the marketplace, but also make sure none of their needs or preferences are overlooked. From there, on most projects, we prepare budget sheets that lay out features and benefits in varying price points so our clients have a very clear grasp on what their dollars are buying and how increasing or decreasing the budget affects the final product.
Once budgets are approved, we come on board as your designer and go about the process of taking measurements, doing a complete site analysis, selecting all the products and defining the exact labor scope. We guarantee that the final proposal is within 5% of the approved budget and since we take into account things in the initial budgets that other companies generally omit, like shipping and sales tax, our final proposal is often LOWER than the approved budget.
